Free Exchanges and Returns

At MyChicHome we understand that when shopping online, you may change your mind for whatever reason. We will be happy to accept a return for refund up to 30 days from your date of purchase.

Within 30 days of receipt, we will not charge any restocking fees, however the return shipping fees will still apply. Kindly Ship your return with a signature shipping service/ trackable shipping service. Once we receive the product we will initiate the applicable refund.

When deciding to make a return, please ensure that you send the items back to us in the original manufacturer's packaging. Also, make sure that the merchandise is in the same new condition as when received.

We are unable able to accept returns for items that are not in the original packaging or for items that have been used in any form.
