Return Policy
At mychichome.com we understand that when shopping online, you may change your mind for whatever reason. We will be happy to accept a return for refund up to 30 days from your date of purchase. Within 30 days of receipt, we will not charge any restocking fees, however the return shipping fees will still apply. If a promotion on shipping fees was used against your original purchase (for example, “Free Shipping”), the shipping value will be deducted from the refund value given back to you.
If the return is a result of product error or damages, we will reimburse you the return shipping costs.
When deciding to make a return, please ensure that you send the items back to us in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Also, make sure that the merchandise is in the same new condition as when received.
We are unable able to accept returns for items that are not in the original packaging or for items that have been used in any form.

Shipping & Delivery We offer Free Shipping in Contiguous US and CanadaOur site offers the services of UPS and FedEx using “Standard Ground Delivery” for most of our shipments. When you shop online, you want your items delivered fast! We work extra hard to process and ship within 2-3 business days from our warehouse.
Once payment has been confirmed and the order has been shipped from our warehouse, it can only be returned under our return policy guidelines. For Alaska, Hawaii and other international destinations, please email us for a shipping quote and the applicable tax information.
Product WarrantyAt mychichome.com, we warranty all of the products sold for 1 year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is limited to genuine manufacturer defects only. It will not be honored against general wear and tear, upholstered fabrics, unauthorized repair, damage caused by incorrect assembly, or any negligence towards the care of the product.
